QiGong for Health~


This ancient practice is a beautiful slow moving flow of movements which are easy to learn and can be done by all ages and fitness levels.   Even if you've never done QiGong before beginners can easily join right in and receive it's benefits.  Qigong has many benefits which improve health and bring a sense of calm and peace.  This class will end with a guided meditation.

Chair Yoga is an effective and easy way to get all the health benefits of yoga without getting up and down off the floor.  

The benefits are a stronger body, improved balance, increased flexibility and mobility plus you'll feel more energetic all from the comfort of your chair.
